- Travel Insurance Facilitation: Offering assistance in obtaining travel insurance policies from reputable providers (the terms of the insurance policy are governed by the insurance provider).
- Other Ancillary Travel Services: As may be offered from time to time.
2. Booking Terms and Conditions
2.1. Accurate Information: You warrant that all information provided by you during the booking process, including but not limited to your name, passport details, date of birth, contact information, travel preferences, and payment details, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information. Any costs incurred by Allison Travels or third-party providers due to incorrect information will be your responsibility.
2.2. Third-Party Service Providers: Allison Travels acts as an intermediary between you and various third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and visa processing agencies. Your bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and other regulations imposed by these third-party providers, which you are responsible for reviewing and understanding. Allison Travels is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
2.3. Booking Confirmation and Payment: A booking is considered confirmed only upon:
- Your explicit agreement to the final itinerary and pricing.
- Receipt of full payment or a specified deposit as required for the booking.
- Issuance of confirmation documents, such as flight tickets, hotel vouchers, or booking confirmations.
Allison Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website or communicated to you. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges, to your chosen payment method.
2.4. Currency: All prices are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates are subject to fluctuation and are beyond our control.
3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Amendments
3.1. Cancellation by You:
- Cancellations initiated by you are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). These policies vary and may include non-refundable components.
- Allison Travels may also levy its own cancellation service fees, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking or cancellation.
- To initiate a cancellation, you must notify Allison Travels in writing (email is preferred). The date of receipt of your written cancellation request will determine the applicable cancellation charges.
3.2. Refund Policy:
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the policies of the third-party service providers. Allison Travels will process refunds only after receiving the refund amount from the respective provider.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the provider and payment method, typically taking up to 45 business days from the date the refund is approved by the third-party provider.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where feasible.
- Certain bookings, including but not limited to promotional offers, discounted fares, and last-minute deals, may be entirely non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
3.3. Amendments to Bookings: Requests for amendments to confirmed bookings (e.g., date changes, passenger name changes) are subject to the availability and policies of the third-party service providers and may incur additional charges. Allison Travels will endeavor to facilitate such amendments but cannot guarantee their feasibility.
3.4. Cancellation or Changes by Third-Party Providers: In the event that a third-party provider cancels or changes your booking (e.g., flight cancellation, hotel overbooking), Allison Travels will make reasonable efforts to assist you in finding alternative arrangements or obtaining a refund from the provider, subject to their policies. However, Allison Travels is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by you due to such cancellations or changes by third-party providers.
3.5. Force Majeure: Allison Travels shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government regulations, travel advisories, civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, war, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, while we will endeavor to assist you, refunds will be subject to the policies of the third-party providers. Allison Travels' service fees for the affected booking may not be refundable.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
4.1. "As Is" Service: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability of our services or the services of third-party providers.
4.2. No Guarantees: Allison Travels does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the services of third-party providers or the successful outcome of visa applications. We are not responsible for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, and visa authorities.
4.3. Information Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on our website and in our communications, errors and omissions may occur. We are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the information provided. It is your responsibility to verify critical information with the relevant third-party providers.
4.4. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the aggregate liability of Allison Travels for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to Allison Travels for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
4.5. Exclusion of Consequential Damages: In no event shall Allison Travels be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct
5.1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and travel advisories of the countries you are traveling to, including but not limited to visa requirements, health regulations, customs rules, and security procedures.
5.2. Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. Allison Travels is not responsible for any issues arising from your failure to possess valid travel documents.
5.3. Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to travel and for taking necessary health precautions, including vaccinations. We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance that covers medical emergencies.
5.4. Respectful Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself responsibly and respectfully towards Allison Travels' staff and the staff of third-party providers. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer exhibiting abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
5.5. Fraudulent Activities: You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information during the booking process.
- Using stolen or unauthorized credit cards or payment methods.
- Attempting to make bookings with no intention of payment.
